We are “Taurus International Pvt. Ltd.” incorporated in 2002for the purpose of promoting the coir pith project by five Sri Lankan entrepreneurs. Almost the company’s entire turnover came from the trial container which they exported to an importer in Australia. Having started from humble beginnings. Today Taurus international Exports coir pith based product to Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and United States of America. Today, Taurus international tirelessly strives to provide optimum quality, competitive prices and flexibility with regards to specific customer requirements.
Taurus International (Pvt) Ltd. is one of leading exporters of COIR PITH BLOCKS from Sri Lanka. Our blocks are free from weeds and pathogens and are within safe EC and pH standards. The eco-friendly material is said to be replacing Pete Mass (dug from the swampy areas) and rock wool (used as a cultivation medium in the developed countries) as an effective soil bed under green house conditions.
