Soma textiles has been in the field of manufacturing of the fabrics since 1969 with a major focus on domestic market. We started the operation with one range of Sucker Mulluar and equivalent set of other plant and machineries. Looking in to changing business dynamics coupled with philosophy of entering it to the international league, last year company has gone for expansion and installed Benniger Dyeing and sizing range with state of the art Toyota most modern air jet looms. So our current installed capacity has been 18 Million Mtrs per annum. The silent features of our current production facilities are,
A) Benninger Dyeing and Sizing Machine with,
-- Yarn Steaming zone which enhances the dye penetration.
-- Nitrogen box: For better stabilization of the indigo colour
-- On line shade control mechanism
B) Combination of Sulzer, Picanol and Toyota JAT 710 looms which allows us to weave all kind of denim fabrics
We are regularly Selling: denim -fabrics, denim -garments, piece dyed fabrics, bleached fabrics, printed fabrics, cotton high quality yarn.
We are regularly Buying: textile dyes chemicals, organic cotton yarn. |
