VALIDITY OF CONTRACT: 24 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE SELLER HAS SIGNED 4. PRICE: Selling price (Brent), 3 days average of the date of the invoice the day before and the day after minus the following discount: Gross: $7.00 Net: $5.00 5. COMMISSION: $2.00 to be split as follows: Seller’s mandate: $1.00 Buyer's mandate: $1.00 6. PAYMENT After determination of quantity on board of buyer’s vessel, full by swift wire transfer as per the instructions on the payment schedule (which must be endorsed by the seller and buyer) is made of the total value of product within 24 Banking hours. 7. PROCEDURE PROCEDURE OF TRANSSHIPMENT (1) Buyer and Seller sign contract agreement with full Bank co-ordinates. (2) Buyer issues irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO) endorsed by buyer’s bank (3) Seller places $100,000.00 Cash Deposit to Buyers Bank and (4) Within 72 hours of receipt of Sellers' P.O.P. cash deposit, Buyer shall nominate his vessel and shall forward details to the Seller. (8) Payment is released by (KTT SWIFT TRANSFER) on out turn barrel upon presentation of the loaded vessel documents at the buyers Bank. (9) Buyer pays Commission to Agents /Brokers. as described in the MFPA ADENDUM.
