USD $0. 70 Buyer’s Side Paymaster USD $0.70 Seller’s Side Paymaster USD $0.60 Seller/Buyer’s Facilitator Paymaster PROCEDURES: 2. Seller and Buyer signs SPA with Banking Details of both parties. 3. Buyer provides Vessel Particulars (VP) along with the First and Last page of her Vessel Charter Party Agreement (CPA) including Authority to load (ATL) 4. Seller upon receipt of Buyer’s documents i.e. CPA, VP and ATL invites Buyer and her SGS Nominated Officials aboard the loaded vessel to conduct Q & Q. 5. Buyer through her bank issues an Irrevocable Divisible and Transferable Letter of Credits (L/C) in favour of the Seller by Swift. 6.
