PROCEDURE FOR CIF:
I. Buyer and Seller sign and seal this Contract including banking coordinates, exchange the signed copy by electronic mail and deposit with their banks. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.

II. Buyer’s bank swifts a mail of enquiry to sellers bank requesting confirmation regarding the seller’s readiness to place a revolving monthly 2% P.B. upon confirmation of buyer’s non operative SBLC in favor of seller, revolving monthly for the same quantity and amount.

III. Seller’s bank via swift mail confirm to buyer’s bank the seller’s readiness to place 2%pb upon the receipt and confirmation of non operative SBLC in sellers favor.

IV. Then Buyer’s bank issues a non operative revolving monthly SBLC by swift to seller’s bank and seller’s bank activate it with 2%PB.

V. Seller Nominates a Vessel and load in Buyer’s name, prepare all the cargo documentations and the Nominated vessel for one way voyage charter agreement to Buyer’s Port of Destination (POD).

VI. Seller furnishes CPA & Q88 and issue full shipping cargo documentation from NNPC to Buyer.

VII. Loaded vessel captain issue NOR/ETA to POD.

VIII. After the vessel has discharged its cargo at Buyer’s designated port and Buyer has received the Discharge Report as shall be confirmed by the Captain of the Vessel, including all relevant documents presented by the Seller after the time of cargo delivery, Buyer’s Bank must make payment by Swift Transfer to Seller’s Bank Account payable at its counter for this transaction and to beneficiaries named in Master Fee Protection Agreement in the contract for fees, herein below stated.

IX. Payments are made by Swift Wire Transfer directly to the Seller’s bank accounts and commission agents as stipulated in the MFPA in this contract within three (3) international banking days after product delivery and discharge at Buyer’s nominated port of discharge.

X. And the initial 2 % PB to buyer to be revolving
