not fixed, but it varies according
to the type of the product.
It may range from 35-65 USD/MT
gross to 30-60 USD/MT netto
depending on the type of
petroleum product.
Discount is progessiv and its final
range is depending on:
1. payment instrument and its
assurance level, what can be
moving from 30USD to 70USD/
MT
2. next additional Discount in
the case of product resell is
(effective Discount) based on
difference between NWE Platts
Rotterdam and (Dubai MED
Platts, Singapur MOPS Platts or
Platts Houston), by this way
Discount can be increased to next
3 – 5%
