Precision Sintered Products (PSP) is a leading producer of quality Sintered metal parts located in Shapar (Rajkot), Gujarat-India. Since 1997, PSP has seen consistent growth to become one of the largest powdered metal manufacturers in the India. (An ISO:9001:2000 Certified Company)

Precision Sintered Products manufactures a variety of precision, cost-effective Sintered metal components for the Automotive, Electric & Electronic equipment, Textile Machinery, Diesel Engines, Home Appliance, Lock Industry, other Industrial Markets and as per customer designs. We have in-house tooling capability for the manufacture and maintenance of tools in a timely manner aimed at meeting customer requirements for prompt delivery of their products.

Our extensive secondary department includes drilling, tapping, milling, turning centers, assembly units, deburring and oil impregnation. Qualified local sources are available for resin impregnation, plating and heat treating. PSP provides an in-house materials testing lab for hardness evaluation, analysis of physical properties.

Customers today require high quality standards for components they purchase from their selected powder metallurgy partner. PSP believes that processes that are in control provide the best route to high quality finished components with cost effective manufacturing processes and to meet or exceed customer requirements.
