We are a seller of sugar
PROCEDURES TO CONCLUDE THE DEAL
•Buyer issues ICPO, on Buyer’s letterhead, real target price (AFTER RECEIVING FROM US THE
SOFT OFFER), Bank info and authorization for Soft Probe. It has to be signed, sealed and
stamped. Addressed to: Dr. Ivan Martyniv, INTERNATIONAL SUGAR CONSULTANCY LTDA. Banks not acceptable:
AFRICAN BANKS, MIDDLE EAST BANKS, and INDIAN BANKS.
•Buyer shall send to Seller´s Bank account an RWA (OUR TEXT FOR RWA WILL BE PROVIDED
ALONG WITH THE FCO ISSUED BY US SELLERS) via SWIFT MT 799.
•After we receive RWA from Buyer´s Bank, Seller´s Bank shall send to Buyer´s Bank account POP
covering the whole quantity Buyer intends to buy.
•Seller shall issue FCO + Draft Contract. Buyer shall sign, seal and stamp FCO + Draft Contract and
send back to Seller for final negotiations and adjustments.
•Seller´s Bank issues commitment to send to Buyer´s Bank 2% PB (NON OPERATIVE PB)
•Buyer´s Bank sends to Seller´s Bank OPERATIVE PAYMENT INSTRUMENT to activate PB.
•Buyer, at Buyer´s expenses, can come to Brasil to see ships being loaded with the Sugar.
•Shipments commence as per Contract previously agreed between Buyer and Seller directly.
