We are currently manufacturing Mild Steel electrodes of varying quality which depends upon the area of application used by the consumer. The product varies its quality composition, from best being of 52% rutile and the lowest quality use for manufacturing our product is of 30% rutile.
Rutile which we are using is of topmost quality with 96% titanium dioxide in its chemical composition which enables welding starts with a single spark and go on without hassles.
Also best quality of medical grade cellulose is used for minimum eruption of polluting gases which makes the worker and people working in his surrounding to breath in pollution free environment.
80-85% of Low Carbon Ferromangnese is used which has least amount of silicon present in its chemical composition which makes joints stronger and lets the process go on without breakages.
Top quality illuminate is being used for better weld results.
Other raw materials such as Iron powder, Mica, Feldspar etc. are also being bought, keeping in mind the utmost satisfaction of the consumer.
Electrode Quality steel which is available only from Steel Authority of India Ltd. or Tata Steel is only used for manufacturing our product which gives optimum results and better performance.
Stressing upon optimized working methods and controlled management, we have successfully obtained the end product which is not only cheaper in comparison with leading brands but also better in quality than others.
