We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers of Steel Castings, with the capacity to manufacture castings weighing up to 12 MT single piece in various grades like IS, BS, DIN, ASTM, GOST etc and rolls upto 6 MT single piece.

Our Mill is equipped with the state of art manufacturing facilities. The plant & machinery is equipped with all the necessary quality control instruments such as Ferro alloys & B.P. Sets preheating oven, immersion pyrometer with recorder, argon purging system, shrouding arrangements etc. The new facility recently added a “Vacuum Degassing” furnace, which under trial run & showing great improvements in the quality.
Mill is equipped with three 4 Mtr x 4 Mtr, 6 Mtr x 2.5 Mtr and 6Mtr x 3 Mtr oil fired heat treatment furnaces fitted with six pyrometers and temperature indicators along with six point temperature recorders.

Commonly manufacture steel casting grades are:

1. IS 1030: Grade I & III
2. IS 2707: Grade I, II & III
3. IS 2708: Grade I, II & III
4. IS 2644: Grade I, II & III

· Our Mill is committed to deliver the “Standard Physical & Mechanical” properties of castings according to the grades.

· We also gladly accept third party inspection by any national or international inspection agency, which shows our commitment to the quality.

Our other products are: -
1. Alloys Steel and S.G. Iron Rolls for rolling Mills, tube mills and paper plants.
2. Alloy Steel Bars & Rounds rolled and forged.
3. Alloy Steel Ingots for forging units.
Our Mill is committed to provide More Value for Money by achieving total quality objective with modern testing facilities at lab. The available testing facilities are:-
1. Spectrometer 18 Channels. & 27 Channels
2. Fully equipped wet analysis Chemical Lab.
3. Ultrasonic flaw Detector.
4. Universal Testing Machine.
5. Brinell Hardness Testing equipment.
6. Muffle Furnace.
7. Shore Hardness Tester.
8. Sand Testing Equipments.
9. D.P. Testing.
10. Jominy Hardebility Testing Equipment.
11. Computerised Micro testing lab.
