They are made on traditional handlooms and are acknowledged to be the best in the world for strength, durability and brushing qualities. Mats are generally made available by us in the following standardized sizes: No.0 22`` x 12`` 55 cm x 30 cm No.1 24`` x 14`` 60 cm x 35 cm No.2 27`` x 16`` 70 cm x 40 cm No.3 30`` x 18`` 75 cm x 45 cm No.4 33`` x 20`` 85 cm x 50 cm No.5 36`` x 22`` 90 cm x 55 cm No.6 39`` x 24`` 100 cm x 60 cm No.7 42`` x 26`` 105 cm x 65 cm No.8 45`` x 28`` 115 cm x 70 cm No.9 48`` x 30`` 120 cm x 75 cm FIBRE MATS - Code- FM These mats manufactured by insertion of tufts of coir fibre in the base fabric. The fibre mats have a very compact brush firmly held by the base fabric and therefore these mats are very durable. These mats are available in the plain natural color of the raw material and also in a variety of woven fancy designs and patterns. These mats are also woven with monograms or artistic designs or with names inlaid on them. The designs are bevelled to give clarity of the outline. CREEL MATS - Code :- BC (Beach Creel), VC (Vycome Creel) A low pile mat manufactured with beach and vycome yarns. Vycome Creel mats are another variety of low-pile creel mat superior to Beach Creel mats. ROD MATS - Code. Beach- BR; Vycome - VR Rod Mats generally have higher pile than creel mats. Mats are classified as Vycome Rod or Beach Rod, based on the yarn used. Available in natural, stencilled, mottled and inlaid designs. NON-WOVEN MATS - Code - RBMA, RBMR Made by bonding coir rope/coir yarn/coir braid to the compounded rubber base by vulcanizing process. Available in a range of patterns.
