Carbon & Graphite Vanes for rotary & vacuum pumps.

With low specific density, self-lubricating properties and without any effect in hot or cold liquids, carbon vanes find application in dry and wet running rotary pumps, compressors and vane-type vaccum pumps. These are ideally suited for rotary pumps handling water, petrol, fuel oils and other liquids.

Carbon and graphite bushes, bushes with inside grooves & rods.

Carbon and graphite bushes used as bearings where normal oil and grease lubricants do not work with corrosive liquids and gases and where contamination by conventional lubricants is undesireable. Carbon rods and bushes are also used for machining into parts of required sizes.

Carbon & metal filled steam rotary joints.

Steam joint rings are used in rotary pressure joints. These seal rings effect flow of hot liquid or steam from a stationary supply pipe to a rotating machine part. Such machineries like rubber mixing roller mills, calendaring machines and cylinders are used in paper and textile industries as well as in plastics, chemicals and other industries for similar application.

Carbon, PTFE & Carbon filled PTFE packing rings for Compressors & Turbines.

Single or segmental sealing rings for rotating shafts and reciprocating piston rods. Sealing is achieved by the spring which contains the segments coupled with uniform spring tension ensures perfect matching for trouble-free smooth operation of the compressors or turbines.

Carbon & metal impregnated Front and Rear Shaft Bushes for Boilers used in Electricity boards.

Metal impregnated carbon bushes with extremely smooth bore are designed for dry running at elevated temperatures. These are used on front and rear shafts in coal fired boilers as single bush and / or split bush to protect the shaft from wearing. Mainly used in paper mills, sugar factories and power generation plants.
