Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings to you! I am in direct contact with the legal mandate of a well know buyers for MTN, BG, SBLC.
His requirements are as stated below:
MTN's slightly seasoned, ten year term, 7.5% discount 60-90+1 must be willing to do a screen block and pay and provide corporate invoice. Offers on Euroclear are preferable.
POF is available but have to go to bank or provider directly. Need to know if MTN's are from a trust foundation, pension fund or bank.
Please send deatisl of your offer with Screen Title Page and Authorization addressed to: CARLSBAD SCIENCE FOUNDATION. Upon receipt of this information, the buyerwill immediately issue LOI+MFPA. This is not negotiable.
Please contact me without delay if your seller can perform according to these terms. Note that the buyer will not tolerate lengthy broker chains, and the buyer will take 2/3 of the buyer's side commission.
