This cheese is a first-class semihard soft cheese formed as a cross. For the production needs it special soft cheese forms, into which the milk heated up provided with special additives and gennant, is poured, break. Since it loses by this process at volumes, it diminishes from a height of about 6-8 cm on a height of about 3 to 4 cm. red box packed cheese, into a shrink wrapping and afterwards into a square, developed well.
