Quantity is 400.000 M/tons to be delivered in 3 monthly shipments of 12500 MT (37500MT/total/month)x 12 during december 2003 an december 2004.(=400.000MT) through RLC
2) 100.000 MT Wheat Flour
3) 100.000 MT Yellow Corn

Because we want to avoid that SELLER is going to shop the market without having the goods –
We work ONLY through following procedure:
1- Seller has to pay 3 pro mill Credit Transfer cost to be in position to transfer the Letter of Credit immediately.
2- We are ready to return the said credit transfer cost immediately.
