We have several Vendors supplying us with BULK REO Portfolios. We are intermediaries who can connect you to reliable selling sources to provide you Bank Owned Assets. MFA/NCND or Notarized LOI/NCND depending on the seller. Genealogy of all involved in either case. Must be able to provide all paperwork in less than 24hrs. or paperwork is null and void. Do not request product if you cannot return paperwok promptly.
Also required to inform us upfront of the buyers due diligence period they will need to review the package.
We have Direct access to NPNs- Must provide hard POF with initial paperwork.
Access to OIL GOLD CMOs MTNs as well. Email for protocol. Must be willing to follow seller protocol. We WILL not break from seller protocol in anyway on any of the products.
