They are both looking to buy HMS scrap as well as Used Rails. We would request you to quote us your best price CNF Bangkok as well as CNF Mumbai. The quantity required by the Thai buyer is 30,000 x 12 MT for both the used rails as well as the HMS. The Indian buyer requires a trial shipment of 5000 MT before he signs on a bigger contract. We would need POP such as a bill of lading as well as SGS report to be submitted first as this will prove legitimacy. We are looking for serious sellers.
