Stainless steel PH13-8Mo (XM-13,S13800) is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel capable of high strength and hardness along with good levels of resistance to both general corrosion and stress-corrosion cracking. In addition, the alloy exhibits good ductility and toughness in large sections in both the longitudinal and transverse directions. Stainless steel 13-8Mo has been used for valve parts, fittings, cold-headed and machined fasteners, shafts, landing gear parts, pins, lock washers, aircraft components, nuclear reactor components and petrochemical applications requiring resistance to stress-corrosion cracking.
PH13-8MO (Type XM-13) Rods
1) Dimension: Dia.:8mm~400mm, length:2m-6m or as per the customer's requirement.
2) Standard: ASTM A564 Type XM-13.
3) Type: hot rolled, forged.
