We kindly request you to express your interest to participate in a tender floated by a steel rolling mill in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for the supply of 5000MT steel billets. We shall send you the specification and the relevant documents as soon as you show your interest to participate in the tender.
we would like you to give due attention to the following points;
1.The products you supply shall adhere to the specifications that will be sent to you.
2. The price quotation shall be CIF port of Djibouti and should be in US Dollars or Euros.
3. You must send Letter of Authorization for our company delegating us to represent your company for this tender.
4.You have to provide maximum catalogues and supporting literature to fully describe your product.
5. Payment shall be by a confirmed and irrevocable LC
6.The closing date of this tender is June 6,2005.We therefore require all informationm to reach us two days earlier.
