There are three different types of Iranian Pistachios.
1. Round (Fandoghi)
2. Long (Akbari, Ahmadaghaee, badami)
3. Jumbo (kallehqouchi)
Different available sizes: the figures show the number of pistachios per ounce (28.4gr) unit.
1. Long Type (Akbari)
Available in sizes 18/20, 20/22
And 22/24
2.Long Type (Ahmad Aghaie)
Available in sizes 22/24 and 24/26
3. Long Type (Badami)
Available in sizes 24/26, 26/28
And 28/30
4. Round Type (Fandoghi)
Available in sizes 26/28, 28/30 and 30/32
5. Jumbo Type (Kalleghochi)
Available in sizes 20/22, 22/24 and 24/26
6. Pistachio kernel in 10kg carton
Packing: raw pistachio in 50-60kg bag and roasted and salted pistachio in 10kg carton.
