In Search of REAL MTN BUYERS and NO BROKER BS, NO BROKER CHAINS. We have REAL, DELIVERABLE MTN's for the secondary/ Wholesale Market. Euroclear Internal Procedures. If you or your buyer has a Euroclear account you are half way there. The only Procedures we use:
Buyer submits necessary documents
review and do compliance
If compliance is passed, We issue an acceptance letter to the buyer
In the acceptance letter there will be certain information
that will be needed in order for your Euroclear bank officer to input
at the given time (Input onto Euroclear)
We will match the information from the buyer. Euroclear officer matches buyer information and seller information
If everything matches to a 't', then the Euroclear officer will exchange the instrument from our Euroclear account, with your buyers funds from their Euroclear account. The exchange is made simultaneously. Buyer receives the instrument, seller receives their funds
We are regularly Selling: mtn, bank instruments, euroclear internal, euroclear, real buyers. |
