Considar Metal Marketing Inc. (CMM Inc.) was formed in May 1999, by combining Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Co., Limited's (HBMS) and certain aspects of Considar, Inc.'s marketing operations. HBMS is a Canadian based zinc and copper mining company, which is owned by HudBay Minerals Inc. Considar, Inc. is a major US Trading corporation, which is owned by Traxys, a joint venture that distributes, markets and trades non-ferrous metals and ores and concentrates, as well as ferro-alloys. Traxys is owned 50% by Arcelor and 50% by Umicore, both major European companies. HBMS and Considar, Inc. own 50% each of CMM Inc., as a joint venture company. Our products and capacity inculde: 120,000 MT of zinc metal
