We are looking for a reliable fund managers for our clients (Investors); our clients are capable of funding any legitimate and viable project that can generate 3%-4% annual interest.
Funding availability ranging from US$1,000,000.00 to US$700 Million Project funding is in form of Loan, as our clients will not be part of the investments/ projects.
The investors are also interested to engage the funds in JV Investment package whereby he will be entitled to 30% equity while the fund manager will be entitled to 70% Equity, the project must be 100% transparent and viable.
The investors consultant must undertake a due diligence on applicant before funding approval.
Our investors fund managers / banker can send a proof of funds if only your project summary is approved by the investor for funding.
