Dongying Hainel Precision Metal Co., Ltd is a manufacturer of investment casting, mould making, CNC machining, surface treatment. The current 3000 items of investment castings serve for whole mechanical manufacturing and machining.
Hainel adopted advanced silica colloid process for lost wax casting to manufacture castings with no or less extra metal. Technical stability analysis and improvement method are used for production process control. 100% inspection for each process and advanced devices (projector, tri-coordinator, spectra) guarantees qualified castings.
Two workshops occupy 6000 square meters and there are 375 workers and 60 engineers in Hainel. Output could exceed 1000 tons per year, main products are castings in stainless steel (304ss/316ss/316+s/17-4ph), carbon steel, alloy steel and other non-ferrous materials, products serve for many trade as food, chemical, medicine, marine, automatic, architecture etc. 90% for exporting to America, Europe and some Asia countries.
