The price for each barrel of Bonny Light Crude Oil loaded into Buyer’s vessel shall be “Dated Brent” on the date of Bill of Lading, as published by McGraw Hill Market-wire, less a gross discount of US $8:00 per barrel, Net to the Buyer US $4:00 per barrel.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
In United States Dollars (USD) per barrel by confirmed, irrevocable, Letter of Credit or Bank guarantee from a prime United States/European Bank in favor of the Seller, made mature for payment within 24 (Twenty four) hours, after effective loading of Buyer’s vessel. The Buyer by Swift Wire Transfer
