HR Communications Ltd., was founded in 2000 by Segun Belo-Osagie after 18 years as an employee in the advertising industry in Nigeria. Segun is a Graphic Design graduate of the famous Yaba College of Technology.
Having worked with the best Nigerian agencies, including Insight Communications (formerly affiliated to Bates Worldwide and later Grey) and SO&U (now SO&U Saatchi), he left the latter as Snr. Deputy Creative Director to start HR. Comm.
