| We, Al-Qabas Group, are a group of Iraqi companies, whose activities cover contracting, engineering, supplying, erection and start-up. The mother company of the group, Al-Qabas Contracting Company, has been established in 1961. No sooner had it became one of the first class Iraqi companies, according to the classification of the Iraqi Federation of Contractors (which is the highest local authority in this aspect). Al-Qabas Contracting Company has its own specialized staff and its own equipment and machineries. Moreover, the accumulated expertise of our technical and managing staff and our efficient consultants, the whole enabled the company to efficiently execute all the awarded projects throughout the country. Consequently, the company was qualified for rather complicated projects.
