At S&P we only use the chocolate made with the finest cocoa beans, we pride ourselves in using local produce, including the fresh cream for our ganaches wherever possible, or we try source ethically produced ingredients.
Our fresh Lincolnshire cream truffles are best consumed as soon as possible as they are a fresh product, and best refrigerated, but they will keep for up to 3 weeks – if you can resist the temptation for that long.
Our truffles are made the artisan way – by hand. Each truffle is formed, hand rolled, dipped in chocolate to give it a smooth silky finish, also done by hand. In fact every thing we do is by hand.
We offer an alcohol free made from Belgain chocolate, others contain either Tia Maria, Cointreau, Baileys, brandy, whisky, rum or champange.
We also have a delightful range of party and wedding favours. Valentines Day confectionery gifts presented in a beautiful heartshaped box in various quantities and flavours.
