In 1945 The State Company of Tractors and Agriculture Machines was founded. Until 1966 the company was specialized in making major repairs of engines for tractors and it was producing spare parts for agriculture machines
n 2004 further reorganisation of the company took place. From the mother company P.H.S. Hydrotor S.A. A new limited liability company was created. This company "HYDROTORBIS" is well equiped with modern stock of machine tools.
In 2005 P.H.S. Hydrotor S.A. Bought 100% of shares of W.P.H. Wrocław, which is one of significant polish producers of hydraulics pumps.
Since 2007 Hydrotor S.A. is the owner of the iron foundry DEFKA in DzierżoniĆ³w.
PHS HYDROTOR S.A. holds 94,73% of the share capital of Więcborskie Zakłady Metalowe WIZAMOR Ltd.
