A Taste of Puglia was set up to export artisan foods and organic food products, which are typical only to the area of Puglia, Italy. The main product for export is Organic Olive oil, sourced from small individual farms, each blend of oil unique to its producer's yield. Each batch of Olive oil will have its own individual taste, and levels of acidity will be no higher than. 6%. Other products will be Orecchiette, pasta only produced in Puglia. Vegetables preserved in olive oil will be among the products for export plus a wide range of confectionery foods.
