Barry Inc. acting as chief petroleum
engineer.
Carter Inc. targets customer

within The European area. Carter Inc.
seeks
major contracts with customer firms
for
supplies.
Those contracts will be served with
the
assistance of strategic alliances.
This gives the company the flexibility it
needs to successfully secure and
complete
projects with varying elements.
