Dolphin Engineering Works is an alloy steel castings foundry situated in Eastern India. The company was formed and registered under the comapnies partnership Act, 1953. The company has 3 family partners namely:
1. Mr. Suresh Pd. Jaiswal
2. Mrs. Shanta Jaiswal
3. Mr. Abhishek Jaiswal
Production facilities include:
1. 750.00 kgs. dual trak Inductotherm make induction furnace 2 nos.
2. 10,000.00 kgs. loading capacity electric hearth boogie type heat treatment furnace.
(Totally micro-processor controlled)
3. Moulding floor includes Co2 moulding, resin coated sand moulding and green sand moulding.
4. Fettling shops include shot blasting, pneumatic fettling and guazing.
Monthly production is around 180 M.T.
Weight of single casting range from 12 kgs. upto 3000 kgs.
We are regularly Selling: rock crusher jaw plates toggle plates side plates, manganese steel hammer heads impact mill beaters ball mill liners, blow bars impellers, manganese steel castings, high chromium steel castings, ni-hard castings, cast steel castings.
We are regularly Buying: ferro manganese, ferro chromium. |
