Tlorens Investments Limited is an emerging company, which was incorporated in Zambia in July, 2010. It is wholly (100%) owned by Zambians who also own 100% of its shares. Its Company Registration Number is 85676 and it is established and controlled in Zambia. Since its inception, the company has actively been involved in providing various goods and services to a number of different customers.
The company is registered with ZRA and has always been complying by submitting the tax returns in time, hence it being issued with a Tax Clearance Certificate. Its Taxpayer Identification Number (TPIN) is 1000008567602. The company is also VAT registered – 10340428/33.
We are also fully registered with the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) and National Council for Construction (NCC).
