We are looking to purchase some property
in Mexico. These properties range from

These properties are filled with raw timber
that has not been cut at all or have not
been cut within the last 30 years.
The Timber on these properties are:

* Teak * Mesquite
* Walnut * ETC
There is also a wide range of open space
that is used for crops range from:

* Sugar * Beets

* Alfalfa * Wide Variety of

* Tomatoes * Watermelons
Our proposal would be to negotiate terms
such as the buyer funding the purchase of
the property in our company name, and
the buyer can come in and take what is
needed whenever they need. |
