the South-East of the town between

hill. The property stretches over 3
communes concerned
by the Appellation: Saint-Laurent-des-
Combes, mainly as
St Emilion and St Hippolyte. It
comprises 7 hectares for
St Emilion appellation, and 3 hectares
for the Saint-
