Poppy Traders was incorporated in the year 1976, with the objective of dealing in the Agricultural Commodities under the able leadership of Late Shri Kanakmal Nahar. The firm has been a pioneer in the field of Agri Sector in the region in terms of products, innovation and strategies. At a young age of 21, Mr. Vijay Nahar, son of Late Shri Kanakmal Nahar joined the business. Over the past few years, the firm has been primarily engaged into trading, supplying and exporting all kind of Agricultural commodities.
In the past 37 years of its operations, the firm has been constantly improving its results and moving up the graph. Some of the main products in which the firm deals are Chick Peas, Soyabean, Fenugreek, Wheat, Poppy Seeds, Pulses like tuar, moong urad and many other agro commodities.
The firm has also ventured into grading, cleaning and sorting of Chick Peas which is mainly exported to countries like UAE, Australia, Kenya, Europe, Gulf & African.
