LED UV linear light source curing system
Through specially designed optical lens group, the UV curing system outputs a narrow UV band. It can be used in the sealing, printing and many other industries.
Advantages of LED UV linear light source curing system:
• Extra-long life time: >20000 hours
• Cold light source without thermal radiation, particularly suitable for liquid crystal sealing and film printing and such occasions require the use of small temperature rise
• Heat small so that the staff would not put up with the traditional method of high temperature
• Instant 100% power UV output once you turn on the UV curing system
• Turning on or off don't impact the service life
• High energy, very stable UV light output
• Irradiating region can be customized and the length of the region can be 20mm~2000mm
• Maximum irradiating intensity up to 6000mW/ cm2
• It contains no mercury and doesn't produce ozone, so it is a much safer and more environmental protection choice that can replace the traditional light source
