Four systems
A) Control System
a) The inserting pin of PLC control with plating 24K gold.
b) Signal slip rings with multi-point carbon fiber technology.
B) Driver system & braking system
a) Imported Lenze motors from Germany (motor code can query in the Lenze motor website).
b) Cross cardan shaft technology to solve the problem of the door stop dithering (Braking distance is less than 10 cm).
C) Security sensor system
a) Non-contact safety sensor system uses microwave laser.
b) Contact safety sensor system uses conductive rubber.
D) Door material & the structural system of door
a) The main load-bearing thickness greater than 8 mm, 6 series aluminum-magnesium alloy, Processing precision in the 0.01 mm (Italy CNC machine tools FOM industry)
b) Canopy uses C-shaped composite structure to solve the noise, wiring, and structural stability.
c) Quality glass uses in line with the United States, no bubbles, no scratches.
