COATED FIBERGLASS CLOTH

I. SILICONE RUBBER COATED FIBERGLASS CLOTH
260 degrees C
This coated fiberglass cloth is constructed from fiberglass base cloth and impregnated / coated on one side or both sides with silicone rubber. It is a high performance engineering material designed to meet the requirements for advanced applications. The elastic layer of silicone rubber can improve the product’s property and prolong its service life.

Application: It is used in aerospace, petrochemical, machinery and equipment, heat and cold insulation areas. It can be used as flexible pipeline coupling and non-metallic compensator，high temperature resistant, anti-corrosion and electric insulation materials, conveyor belts, sealing materials,

1. Total weight 560g/m2, Thickness 0.55mm, coating weight 130g/m2, two sides coated
2. Total weight 495g/m2, thickness 0.5mm, coating weight 65g/m2, one side coated
3. Total weight 1040g/m2, thickness 1.15mm, coating weight 200g/m2, two sides coated
4. Total weight 940g/m2, thickness 1.08mm, coating weight 100g/m2, one side coated

II. PU COATED FIBERGLASS CLOTH
220 degrees C
PU coated fiberglass cloth takes fiberglass cloth as the basic material and is coated on one side or both sides with polyurethane compound. It features superior abrasive resistance, high strength, high temperature resistance and good flame retardant ability, good sealing property, chemical resistant ability.

It can be processed into conveyor belts and used as sealing parts for machinery and equipments and other objects. It also can be used as electrical insulation and corrosion resistant materials.

1. Total weight 490g/m2, coating weight 60g/m2, two sides coated
2. Total weight 460g/m2, coating weight 30g/m2, one side coated
