DESCRIPTION
Rhinocrete is a polymer modified repair mortar suitable for levelling
uneven surfaces, filling honeycombs and pin holes. It is a thin layer
mortar specially formulated to restore appearances of honeycombed
or surface impaired concrete caused by faulty form work.
Rhinocrete can be used to reface concrete after repair. Provides a
continuous, dense and smooth surface that will allow protective and
other architectural coatings to be applied. This can be used as a
topping or render of up to 3 mm thick to face up masonry.
Rhinocrete offers the unique advantage of shrinkage control in both
plastic and hardened states, so that repairs will maintain long term
durability and form an integral part of the parent structure.
Rhinocrete is a plaster specially designed for thin bed render for walls,
ceilings or surface improvement works for direct application onto both
interior and exterior insitu concrete, precast concrete, brickwork,
blockwork and dry wall surfaces. It can be applied by hand trowel or
spray machine. In addition, due to its high water retentivity, Rhinocrete
will create a seamless bond between the substrate and the overlying
render.
USES
• Rhinocrete can be used on walls, soffits and floors, interior and exterior
applications. The speed and evenness of spreading is determined by the
workability of the filler. Rhinocrete can be used as a thin bed screed coat
or finishing render plaster onto concrete, cement render/screeds,
blockwork & rendered brickwork.
• Rhinocrete is recommended for thin bed applications of 2mm to 10mm
with exceptional adhesion characteristics when applied directly onto
precast and shuttered mortar as well as Plaster Board.
• Rhinocrete is a film coating intended to put the finishing touches to
plasterboards or a basic coating such as lime or concrete & limebased
old mortar perfectly stable.

movement, oil, grease
