Product Features: 1. Excellent thermal stability and distortion resistance at high temperature. 2. High mechanical strength at high temperature. 3. Excellent thermal shock resistance. 4. High thermal conductivity. 5. Excellent oxidating resistance. 6. Excellent corrosion resistance at high temperature. 7. Excellent corrosion resistance against chemicals. 8. High abrasion resistance. Scope of application 1. Ceramics for daily use 2. Sanitary ceramics 3. High-pressure electric ceramics 4. Electronic ceramics 5. Emery wheel 6. Magnetic material Specification and chart of the products 1. Planks 2. Plate and basin boards We could produce confirm to customer’s specification. Precaution to the users 1. The storage spot of SiC refractory materials should keep dried, away from mist and wet. 2. Do not pile the sic refractory materials on the top of another, it is preferable to put them in a vertical order. 3. After the sic refractory materials plate is sprayed with alumina solution, it should be laid dried around the kiln before use. 4. To get longer usage and avoid damnification, the sic refractory materials should lay dried and put on the refractory plate 5. After the product is glazed, the bottom of glazed products should be cleaned. 6.When building refractory plates, the refractory supporter should be aligned. 7. The distance between refractory plates should keep upon15-20mm. 8.The design of sintering curve should meet the requirement of normal operation. 9.Avoid heating or cooling in a short time. 10.When cooling takes place, it should be cooled gradually, avoiding exerting cold air to get a fast cooling. 11.When moving from the kiln, one should avoid carrying it at high temperature or hitting.
