1. Equipment Structure:
Teppanyaki is contained of mainframe, surrounding decoration, fumes purifier and air blower.
2. Working Principle
Heating the iron plate via gas (coal gas, LPG or natural gas) or aluminum heater to operating temperature;
adjusting the temperature via gas controller or digital temperature controller and air valve.
3. Energy Consumption
1), Gas
Coal gas: 2.92m³/Hr
Liquid gas: 0.98kg/Hr
Natural gas: 1.2m³/Hr

2), Electricity
Voltage: 380V Power: 6KW
4. Iron plate material
The iron plate was made out of import alloy steel and it has been processed by surface grinding attrition
treatment. In addition, it has 20~30mm thickness which guarantees neither deformation nor fading.
5. Ventilation Requirements
Air Volume: 2500 m³/Hr Each speed: 12m/s
The air hose can be extended to outdoor if necessary.
6. Inner structure
1) Main Heating System: For gas heating system, it is made up of 18 double-ring burners which are controlled
by gas controller for a suitable temperature. The heating range is 500*500mm.
2) Insulation System: Except for the main heater, the rest part is the insulation system of which the
temperature is below 100°c. The humanization design avoided security risks caused by customers' curious
touch.
3) Fire Protection System: The system can prevent fire risks by keeping it away from the air hose.
4) Waste Gas Treatment: The system can make waste gas emission circulates fluently.
5) Fume Treatment: The fume separating system inside the treatment can lead fume to waste oil collector
rather than getting into air hose.
