WWL Series: lead-based compound stabilizer, one pack stabilizer


1. Description:

It is lead based compound stabilizer, containing Light rare earth compounds, antioxidant, Internal and external lubricants, high efficient synergist, etc.
Has excellent processing performance. Will not affect the flatness, bright and clean, even thickness of the product when the filling material has a fluctuation.
Used in non-transparent products.

2. Advantages:

A. Low lead.
B. Good compatibility & dispersion with PVC.　
C. Excellent thermal stability & weatherability.
D. Good electrical insulation. Good ability of uvioresistant. Good lubricating performance.
E. Has wild range application scope. High up the extrusion speed, lower the plasticizing temperature, prolong the production period.




3. Scope of application.

In this compound stabilizer series (WWL), we developed 7 items for different products. Details as follow:

4. Suggested dosage: It’s used according to actual situation. Different technic or production cost needs different dosage. But normally add 2-6 PHR in each 100 PHR PVC resin.

5. Package: 20~25kg/bag. Packed in multi-layer composites bag which protect from moisture, sunlight and contamination.
