Product Details Orange El Ekhlas Brothers Product Description: El ekhlas company owned a packing house with high international standards of grading and quality control. It is one of the most modern citrus packing house in Egypt. 1-once the citrus arrived from the farms it is sent to the pe-grade area to have it's first grade. then it passed through roller elevator to the soking tank to be washed with formulated detergents to remove the dirt and any thing else. then it arrived to the foam washer to have its seconed wash with 34 brush which make the citrus very cleaned and healthy, and then there r 12 sponge rolls which eliminate the water to help the drying of the fruit. 2-in the Pre-drier the fruits get dried to prepare it to be waxed. after the citrus be dried the workers grade it again and that is the primary grade we do it before it get waxed. then it goes to the Brush polisher and waterwax applicator to be waxed with (TBZ, IMAZALIL, SOPP, etc), then there is the Wax drier which dry the fruits again after they be waxed. after that all there is the 3rd grade we make it to be sure that every single fruit is a perfect one. 3-It is then carried down the line where it is sized and stamped or stickered, we offer all the sizes. the fruit is carried down the line for packing 4-Fruit is packed several ways depending on customer needs. 5-then the final step is closing the cartons by SEMI-AUTOMATIC CARTON SEALER which allows a perfect closing of the box by adhesive tape to be sure that they will not be shift when they are transported. 6-then we transport the fruit to any place we want bye Forklift Trucks to grant quality and safety Other Details: Offered by: El Ekhlas Brothers (View Showroom, Create your own Showroom) Place of Origin: Egypt (More Products from Egypt) Stock Location: Egypt Quantity: any quantity Packaging: according to request Price: Not Specified Product Seller Classification: Vegetables - Fruit & Nuts & Citrus More Buying Info: Request Buying Details Request More Information Online This feature is only available for our registered members.
