Inspection: Quantity, Quality, weight and analysis report by SGS

Quantity monthly: 25.000 X 20 PER MT (contract 20 months)

Shipments: 12.500/ 25.000/ 37.500/ 50.000 metric tones are preferred - Until forming the requested to MT for contract month.

Delivery Terms: CIF ASWP as per contract / sea port without sanction (IncoTerms 2000), EXCEPT PORT IRAN AND IRAQ.

Packing: IN BULK.

PERFOMANCE BOND: 2%

Insurance: 110% of the value of the goods with full risk marine insurance

PAYMENT: BG/SBLC + DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit, Revolving) or WITH TT (Telex Transfer).

PRICE: USD $ 288 PER MT. (TOTAL VALUE CONTRACT US$ 142.500.000; TOTAL VALUE BG (40% OF CONTRACT) USD $ 57.000.000; TOTAL VALUE RDLC OR WITH TRANSFER (60% OF CONTRACT) USD $ 85.500.000; TOTAL VALUE ONE MONTH RDLC OR WITH TRANSFER USD $ 7.125.000).
