Moisture 12% max (target 10 – 11%)
Thickness 0.8mm – 1.1mm (target 0.90mm)
Thickness can be varied to customer specifications

Husk Max 3 per 100gm.
Slivers Max 5 per 100gm.
Sieve Test Max 10.0% (through 1.25mm sieve.)
Protein (N X 6.25) 12.0 min
Crude Fat 9.0% max
Ash 2.0% max

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Clean flakes of oats prepared by milling clean sound oats kernels free from infestation and foreign matter, grown in Australia and are of GM free origin.

PACKING

Multi-walled paper bags with polyethylene lining, machine sown and packaged in 25kg bags (or as required) and branded with Use-By date.

FLAVOUR/ODOUR

Typical oaten flavor, free from rancid, bitter, musty and other foreign taints.
