Calcium Malate (food grade, feed grade): its molecular formular is C4H4CaO5.2H2O, and molecular weight is 208.20. It occurs as white or light yellow drops or powder. Calcium Malate application: it is used for calcium cardiac stimulant in the fields of food industry.
Sodium Malate (food grade, feed grade): Its molecular formula is C4H4Na2O5.H2O and molecular weight is 196.06. It is white, crystalline powder, no smell, and slightly efflorescent, air slaking, hydration-loss when heated to 130C, freely soluble in water. Sodium Malate application: as mineral supplements, it is widely applied in food and beverage industry.
