TM -1000 double spindle high speed mixer
TM -1000 double spindle high speed mixer is efficient, energy saving, discontinuing, and speed controllable. Its 2 blade-spindles cross and counter rotate, and mix foamed concrete fast and evenly. Disadvantages of double spindle mixer are a more and heavier; however, longer lifetime.
Foamed concrete consumes a larger amount of foam compare to cementitious material (1-6 times). At the same time, its volume is larger than cementitious materials which mean more foam and less mass. Cementitious material is heavier than foam concrete because of its high-density. Foam concrete, on the other hand, is much lighter because of its low density. It is also called light weight concrete. TM – 1000 runs 60 turns per minute.
