ZNB-10 also called DU bush. It is base on carbon steel, sintered with bronze powder, covered by PTFE/Pb compound as the solid lubricant film. The pores of this layer are filled during one rolling process with PTFE mixed with lead.A 0.01~0.03mm top layer made of the same material forms the running in layer.
◆Widely applied in various sliding artcles ofdifferent kind of machines, such as printing machines, textile machines, tobacco machines, gymnastic machines, hydraulic vehicles, automobiles, motorcycles, agriculture and forests machines.
◆Application Characteristics:
•Designed to operate without oil.
•Low friction, low wearand long life.

•It fits well in motion of circumgyration, sway and to-and-tro.
