Working principle
The stone is crushed by impact energy. When material is thrown into hammer plate operating area, it will be crushed by impact energy and thrown to impact device on top of rotor. Then it is rebounced from impact plate to hammer plate operating area. Adjusting gap between impact rack and rotor can change the size and shape of outlet product.
Application
All kinds of material with side length no longer than 500mm and compressive strength no more than 260Mpa. Better applicable to granite, limestone and pebble, etc.
Feature
High chromium flat hammer, wear-resistant counterattack lining plate; special gear counterattack lining plate; especially for hardrock crushing, high efficient and energy-saving; product is cube with small content of needle-like shape. Size of dumping outlet can be adjusted to simplify and optimize crushing technique.
